Baja Grill combines Cali-Mex with a little southern flair for a very unique experience unlike any other in town.

Baja items come in either taco, burrito, or quesadilla form giving each dish a slightly different tone depending on how you order it. The flavor combos here are the big winner. You can go traditional Cali-mex with dishes like the blacken shrimp, mahi-mahi, or cuban.

The real experience comes with fusion dishes like the Woo Pig Sooie, which features slow roasted pork, bbq sauce, and southern style slaw. Also try the Honey Chipotle, which is similar except for a sweet and spicy honey chipotle sauce covering the dish.

Restaurant Notes

  • Go Naked: You can get anything “naked”, which is essentially a burrito without the tortilla. These make for some very great dishes on a bed of rice.
  • Triple Dip: If you are eating with 3-6 people, go for the triple dipper. It is bowls of salsa, guacamole, and cheese dip, all for just a tiny more than ordering any one of them individually.
